Atlantis Travel Co.

This Atlantis Poster is the first in a fun series I am currently working on. The collection is comprised of travel posters to mythological or fantasy settings. The inspiration for this poster came from my own interest in myth and lore from human history, as well as channeling an inner sense of childlike wonder. Through this influence, I took some imaginative liberties and made the city of Atlantis very much alive, and a floating underwater city protected from the pressure of the sea by large air bubbles.

For all my vector art like this one, it is done in Adobe Illustrator, with careful attention to detail. By using mystical, royal purples and solid gold as an accent color, the true magic in this piece is brought to life.
